The law of 29 says that it will
take 29 impressions on your prospective customers
mind before the buying decision is actioned.
Therefore it is essential that
your message is consistent, throughout your entire
organization, which includes everything from your
letterhead, business cards, website, invoices,
logo's, signage, promotions, tradeshows, to the
clothes your staff wears.
Mixed
or inconsistent messages will simply confuse customer
and extend the law of 29 and, if your main form
of communication is advertising, it could also
be very expensive!!
